I agree with you again. We have no idea what the status of the Gavin parents are (since they’re never mentioned in game) so that’s completely up to the interpretation of the roleplayer (I play Klavier on deviantART and I went with the headcanon that they passed away when Klavier was relatively young. Not to say everyone has to do it, but that’s been a popular headcanon for other Gavin brother RP’ers. And like you said, take out the crap he dealt with leading up to AJ, he probably wasn’t a bad guy. 

And definitely! When he gets out, you know where to find Ema! lolol

[ Thank you! Honestly, it’s just… It’s just ridiculous. I understand their concern, but I’ve already written all of this out. I’m just waiting for the roleplay with Nana to progress so I can add new headcanon. In my opinion, if you took away all of the insanity/violence/etc. that Kristoph grew accustomed to in his life in the canon timeline, he would be a pleasant (if not judgemental and somewhat blunt) man to those who talk to him.

Also, why should he be cruel to others that haven’t wronged him? In all, disregarding the plot and his spiritual status, he would be (if not dead) a pre-Phoenix Wright timeline character. It would be so BORING if everyone played their characters strictly canon, without differentiation of personality and back story! I love to write, very much so. When Kristoph is allowed out, by the way, I would love to roleplay with you. c: ]

[ Well, this was unexpected! I understand your concern, but there is a reason behind the ‘ooc’, as you say. And in the messages, only one was signed with a heart and that was on accident. I noticed it, along with the mussed grammar, after, and it’s too late to fix it.

I think my Kristoph is alright, though you are entitled to your own opinion.

To explain a bit on my side, Kristoph is dead. A spirit, if you will. He remembers nothing of the case or what had led to it. He does not remember the murder of Shadi/Zak, nor his hatred of Phoenix Wright. In turn, this has changed him a bit. The time will come when he is to revert back to a canon status, however for now, he is a pleasant being out of gratitude to Apollo for ‘reviving’ him, if you will, and was so (in my own mind) before he lost himself to the insanity of furthering his career further than Phoenix Wright’s.

If you would like to discuss this further, please send me another ask either as anon (preferably not) or as your actual account. But from many who I ask for critique, given the situation, they have said he is very IC. Thank you for your message. ]
